This was third in a series of PSAs we produced for Humane Rescue Alliance, D.C.’s most important domestic animal and pet rescue organization. For this PSA, HRA opened their doors to our crew for a day so we could capture their volunteers in action as they work diligently to care for and adopt out dogs, cats, rabbits and other needy animals.
